InterpretationDefinitions InterpretationThe words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Company referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement means the self-employed service provider or service providers responsible for the relevant service offered through the Website, including Anton Zolotarev and/or Daria Zakhodiakina, operating under the public-facing project name QuickSnowTeach.
The relevant service provider for each booking may be stated on the product page, booking confirmation, payment receipt, invoice or Public Offer Agreement.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Service refers to the Website.
Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
Website refers to quicksnowteach.com, accessible from
https://quicksnowteach.com/You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
QuickSnowTeach means the public-facing project name, brand name and website name used by self-employed Anton Zolotarev and/or self-employed Daria Zakhodiakina to offer camps, courses, lessons, riding sessions, travel experiences, educational materials and related services through the Website quicksnowteach.com.
QuickSnowTeach is not presented as a separately incorporated legal entity, ski school, local resort school, mountain guiding company or registered trademark unless expressly stated otherwise.
Activity Leader means any person appointed by QuickSnowTeach to organise, lead, facilitate or deliver a camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service under the QuickSnowTeach name.
Depending on the specific service, an Activity Leader may provide organisational support, route suggestions, resort orientation, group management, safety-related guidance, demonstrations, technical explanations, riding feedback, video analysis or other support described on the relevant product page, camp page or booking page.
The term Activity Leader does not by itself mean that the person is acting as a local resort ski school instructor, mountain guide, ski patrol member, resort employee or representative of the resort, unless this is expressly stated for a specific service.
Participant means any person who takes part in a camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service offered through the Website
https://quicksnowteach.com/Acknowledgment These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
Purchases of Goods and ServicesUsers can purchase goods, items, camps, courses, lessons, riding sessions, travel experiences or related services through Our Service.
Each camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service may have its own booking, payment and confirmation conditions. These conditions are stated on the relevant product page, camp page or booking page at the time of booking.
Depending on the specific service, payment may be required either in full or as a deposit at the time of booking.
Some camps, courses, lessons, riding sessions, travel experiences or related services may require manual confirmation by QuickSnowTeach. In this case, Your booking may first be marked as Pending. A Pending booking means that We have received Your booking request and the required payment according to the conditions of that specific service, but the service itself is not yet confirmed.
If the service is confirmed and there is a remaining balance to pay, We will send You a separate payment request for the outstanding amount.
If a minimum number of participants is required for a specific camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service, this will be stated on the relevant product page, camp page or booking page.
If QuickSnowTeach cancels a camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service, or if it does not take place, any deposit or payment made for that service will be refunded, unless another solution has been agreed with the participant.
Cancellation by QuickSnowTeachQuickSnowTeach reserves the right to cancel a camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service if it cannot take place due to insufficient participants, safety reasons, weather conditions, resort restrictions, Activity Leader availability or other circumstances beyond Our control.
If QuickSnowTeach cancels a camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service before it starts, any payment made for that service will be refunded, unless another solution has been agreed with the participant.
Customer cancellations, refund conditions and administrative fees are governed by the Refund Policy, the Public Offer Agreement and the specific conditions stated on the relevant product page, camp page or booking page.
Risk Acknowledgment and Participant ResponsibilityBy booking or participating in a QuickSnowTeach camp, course, lesson, riding session, travel experience or related service, You acknowledge that skiing, snowboarding, freestyle riding, carving, off-piste terrain, variable snow conditions and mountain activities involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, loss of control, injuries, changing weather, poor visibility, icy or uneven snow, lift accidents, actions of other slope users, equipment failure and other risks connected with winter sports and mountain environments.
You are responsible for assessing Your own riding level, physical condition, health, equipment, insurance coverage and ability to participate safely.
You agree to follow the safety-related guidance and organisational instructions of the Activity Leader, as well as resort rules, safety signs, lift rules and general mountain safety practices. You also agree not to attempt terrain, exercises, tricks, speeds or riding situations that You do not feel able to perform safely.
The Company, QuickSnowTeach and the Activity Leader are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages or accidents caused by Your own actions, failure to follow safety-related guidance or organisational instructions, incorrect assessment of Your ability, unsuitable equipment, lack of insurance, violation of resort rules or participation in activities outside the organised programme.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual PropertyThe Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors, owners and/or self-employed professionals Anton Zolotarev and/or self-employed professionals Daria Zakhodiakina. This includes, but is not limited to, our logos, visual design, trademarks, and any related intellectual property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express written permission.
User FeedbackAny feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, “Feedback”) provided by You to the Company, QuickSnowTeach, Anton Zolotarev and/or Daria Zakhodiakina regarding the Service may be used by Us to improve Our Website, services, materials and customer experience.
By providing Feedback, You agree that We may use it without any obligation to provide compensation or acknowledgment to You, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Promotions, Contests, and SweepstakesThe Company may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes ("Promotions") from time to time. These Promotions may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms and Conditions. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.
Links to Other WebsitesOur Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
TerminationWe may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, QuickSnowTeach, Activity Leaders and any related service providers shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses caused by circumstances outside Our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, snow conditions, lift closures, resort restrictions, actions of other slope users, equipment failure, travel disruption, or the Participant’s own actions or decisions.
The Company, QuickSnowTeach and Activity Leaders are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages or accidents caused by the Participant’s failure to follow safety-related guidance or organisational instructions, incorrect assessment of their own ability, unsuitable equipment, lack of appropriate insurance, violation of resort rules, or participation in activities outside the organised programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, QuickSnowTeach, Activity Leaders and any related service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs, or other personal expenses, unless such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for any matter where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
If any limitation of liability in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Website DisclaimerThe Website is provided to You “AS IS” and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its service providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Disputes ResolutionIf You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) UsersIf You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.
United States Legal ComplianceYou represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and WaiverIf any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
WaiverExcept as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation InterpretationThese Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and ConditionsWe reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
