Learn a basic riding technique to understand all the necessary movements for snowboarding with fewer falls, less fear, increased comfort and more fun.
For whom?
For intermediate snowboarders. If you struggle on uneven terrain or steep slopes, this course is for you.

How?
During 4 days we are going to work on your skills in snowboarding.
At first we are going to work on your understanding of snowboarding technique, then we will expand the boundaries of what is possible for you as a rider.

Relieving leg pain, as riding technique becomes more efficient

We offer:

Riding in a small group
Riding in a small group, up to 5 people, where everybody has plenty of time to learn something useful.
Video analysis
Seeing yourself is useful to understand your skill level. We are going to provide a detailed and personal analysis of your snowboarding technique.
Less talking more riding
Communication via a walkie-talkie ensures you are going to have plenty of time for riding.
5 hours of riding per day
We are going to spend 5 hours on the slopes daily. That is plenty of time to enjoy snowboarding and improve.
We are going to choose a friendly environment to avoid crowds and narrow slopes
You are going to understand how to make benefit from adjusting your equipment

Goal of the day:
We’re adjusting the basic position — the foundation for effective riding.

We do this through specific exercises. As a result, they help to reduce leg pain and increase stability while riding.
Schedule:
  • 10:00-12:00 - Adjust Body Position
  • 12:00-13:00 - Lunch
  • 13:00-15:00 - Equipment adjustment
  • 15:00-.... - Free time

Increase stability
Goal of the day:
After adjusting the stance, we can move on to new elements - learning to steer the snowboard with our shins and feet, understanding how certain movements affect snowboard control.
Schedule:
  • 9:00-12:00 Lower body control
  • 12:00-13:00 Lunch + Video analysis
  • 13:00-15:30 Apply riding technique
Improve lower body steering
Understand the impact of certain movements
Goal of the day:
Once you've mastered control of a snowboard with your lower body, we can ramp it up by adding vertical movement, which is how we navigate steep slopes. As a result, confidence increases, with legs working more efficiently with less effort.

Increase control on steep terrain
Boost confidence
Goal of the day:
On the final day, we practice and learn to determine the best technique to tackle the section of the slope ahead, and how to ride it with the most effective technique.

  • 12:00-13:00 Lunch
  • 13:00-15:00 Practice
