  • Day 1

    Goal:
    1. Reduce leg pain
    2. Increase stability
We're adjusting the basic position - the foundation for effective riding. We do this through specific exercises. As a result, they help to reduce leg pain and increase stability while riding.
  • Day 2

    Goal:
    1. Improve lower body steering
    2. Understand the impact of certain movements
After adjusting the stance, we can move on to new elements - learning to steer the snowboard with our shins and feet, understanding how certain movements affect snowboard control.
  • Day 3

    Goal:
    1. Increase control on steep terrain
    2. Boost confidence
Once we've mastered controlling the snowboard with the lower body, we can ramp it up - adding vertical movement, which is how we navigate steep slopes. As a result, confidence increases, with legs working more efficiently with less effort.
  • Day 4

    Goal:
    1. Practice
    2. Boost confidence on steep terrain
On the final day, we practice and learn to determine the best technique for tackling the section of the slope ahead, and how to ride it with the most effective technique.

We are deeply passionate about the mountains and couldn't envision ourselves living in the city. Even though we both had previous experience working in office jobs – Anton as a marketer for 8 years and Daria as a financier for 7 years – we made the decision to trade the city life for the mountains. Now, our mission is to inspire others to embrace the beauty of the mountains.

Snowboard coaches
I've been snowboarding for 21 years. Ten years ago, I turned my hobby into a profession and became a snowboard instructor. I love what I do and dedicate a lot of time to it both on and off the slopes. I regularly update my qualifications. My goal is to teach you how to ride consciously. I'll show and explain how to ride safely, technically, and with pleasure.
